Nightworld Review
Source: Product DescriptionTHE STORY
When night falls, Sapphire enters a world that leaves her body cut, bruised, and inexplicably swollen with child. There, in a place densely forested and deathly cold, Sapphire becomes Safire — a trained assassin who must kill or be killed. But when her nightmare demons start walking the streets of her peaceful little town in broad daylight, Sapphire must hurry to unravel the mystery of this Nightworld. For her sanity, her unborn baby, and the fate of future generations.

READER REVIEWS
FROM AMAZON UK:
"Nightworld is a great example of darker fantasy, with well-drawn characters and a clever plot.
Noel has managed to create a novel which starts with almost Clive Barker-esque ideas before firmly establishing its own identity. Sapphire/Safire has a wonderful duality, even down to the way they think about one another, while the supporting characters are believable and often endearing. The action is well-written, too, describing the brutality of the violence without becoming too gory. Noel's writing evokes enough imagery to fill in the gaps without her having to describe every swing of a sword, and the explosive climax is an intense read.
Best of all is the plot, though. The story threads weave together to reveal exactly what is happening in a satisfying way, and with some surprises to the reader's assumptions.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, and hope to see much more from this author. I strongly recommend picking this up if you like fantasy or just good story-telling."
