I am trying to be grateful for my life. I agree with this article aobut being grateful for what we have now. I am grateful for my eyes that see, my ears that hear, my legs that walk, a nose that can smell, my job, a roof over my head. I have for many years always wanted like most people lots of money, a beautiful home, and all the materialistic things in life. I still do want these things, but the more I want them and forget what I already have. I heard a story about a man who complained about having no shoes until he met a man with no feet. I heard a story about a lady who complained about the alarm clock ringing, until oneday she met a person who was deaf. I love these stories. They put my own life into perspective to be grateful for what I already have.

The concepts written here are great and I believe right on the money.

Sometimes others can get easily tied up with what could be, picking on this and that, does it add something usefull?

Is it not great to have imformation freeely given that can help us feel and enjoy our lives more?

Great stuff, thanks.

This page needs serious re-write... I can read it all but some of the words don't make sense because there are words left out or HOW TO SAY SOMETHING is not working.

"hhhmmm...where to begin? I for one am very grateful everyday of my life eversince that fateful sunday of spring 8 years ago on highway 9 where i was thrown 15 feet away, 10 feet high in the air, at 40 MPH due to a High speed motorcycle head-on collision crash. I was air lifted by Medivac to Stanford Hospital that very day...only to found out that i just got away with a broken right rib & a broken collar bone; that was it! Since then i became more appreciative & thankful for life's everyday blessings be it good or ill. learned not to complain for the very minor inconveniences and learn to say thank you to anyone who gives me a break. It also just dawned on me that when i put it on perspective, this is my 2nd life that i am living. And as far as i know, not a lot of people do ever get a 2nd chance at life so i'm counting my lucky stars & The BIG GUY up above for this!"
